We're looking for someone proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about making our workplace the best it can be.Location: This position will be based in our Montreal office, located in the heart of the Plateau, four days per week with the opportunity to work from home one day per week.Responsibilities:Office Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance and facilities management.
  • Manage the office budget and inventory.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and other supplies.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors.
  • Identify and solve pain points within the office experience to optimize processes.
  • Be the go-to person for office-related inquiries.
  • Lead the exciting office relocation project, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage or delegate ad-hoc administrative requests.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Internal Communication & Events:
  • Design, coordinate, and execute events from small team-building activities and community events to larger company milestones and bi-annual retreats.
  • Develop and manage the event calendar and budget, optimizing costs.
  • Select and negotiate with suppliers and service providers for events.
  • Develop the strategy behind internal communications to keep employees informed about company updates, guidelines, and news.
  • Craft and share engaging office-related announcements.
HR & Employee Experience:
  • Champion office experience and health & safety initiatives, creating a safe and inspiring environment for everyone.
  • Administer group benefits, enroll new employees, and make plan adjustments, ultimately being the go-to person for the team on all things related to Health & Wellness at Stay22.
  • Coordinate internal training activities and facilitate training plans.
  • Support team member engagement activities in partnership with the Head of HR.
  • Assist with the rollout of new HR initiatives and programs.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize the employee experience.
