is seeking a law clerk with over 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in handling various plaintiff and personal injury cases.

Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with clients and draft a variety of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, and contracts.
Manage, organize and maintain case files, documents and database.
Liaise with insurance adjusters on accident benefits cases
Assist clients with coordinating treatment with service providers
Communicate professionally with clients, counsel, medical professionals, adjusters and other parties via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Support attorneys in trial preparation and coordination of case activities such as discoveries, mediations and hearings.
Draft pleadings
Organize and maintain accurate inventory of plaintiff claims using case management database.
Ensure timely filing of legal documentation.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Screen potential new clients for accurate intake of background information and identify potential conflicts.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Experience
Law Clerk Diploma
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a law clerk, preferably in plaintiff, personal injury and accident benefits.
Ability to efficiently use legal software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Time Matters, and CaseLines for document preparation, management, and research.
Proficiency in legal research tools like Canlii and Westlaw
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A strong collaborative attitude to work effectively in a team-based environment, assisting lawyers and colleagues as needed.
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
