Job Description

We are looking for an AB/Tort Personal Injury Law Clerk with experience handling Personal Injury claims.

We offer modern, spacious, clean, and high tech offices with security key-card access and free parking. We have a paperless office environment. PrimaFact software is an asset.

Experience and Education:



-Accident Benefits+ Tort experience

-Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Accreditation

-at least 2 years' experience in personal injury matters

Responsibilities:



-assist clients with their day-to-day file-related needs

-communicate with third parties (doctor offices, rehab clinics, insurance company adjusters, insurance defence lawyers/clerks, mediators and court office clerks)

-maintain a system to diarize and follow-up with tasks and duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
