We specialize in placing licensed teachers and university graduates in teaching positions around the world. Position Summary

A Teacher Placement Coordinator will work as part of a dynamic international recruitment team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of teacher recruitment and will be a source of information for teachers interested in teaching overseas.

A sense of urgency and ability to multi-task are essential to this role, as well as the ability to maintain positive and professional communication with teaching candidates on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Screening incoming resumes
• Interviewing teachers
• Advertising available positions
• Professional, honest, and friendly communication with teachers
• Placement follow-up and ongoing support
• Administrative duties
• Positive & enthusiastic attitude
• Communication with School leaders

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline
• Efficient, energetic, and self-motivated
• Great communicator, outstanding verbal, and written skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Must be comfortable with Google suite
• Quick learner

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is required
• Confident computer user
• Ability to multitask
• Efficient, energetic, and self-motivated
• Experience with Salesforce an asset
• Experience teaching abroad or travel experience an asset
