We're looking for an experienced and motivated Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team.
The perfect candidate will be passionate about sustainability and enjoy bringing creativity to the pizza-making process. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing our signature dough made with upcycled brewers grain, making pizzas to order, and maintaining the consistent quality customers expect across all our locations.
Key Responsibilities
Dough Preparation
Produce pizza dough using our proprietary recipe featuring upcycled brewers grain.
Maintain consistent dough quality through accurate measurements and proper technique.
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and sanitation standards.
Pizza Production
Make pizzas to order, ensuring exceptional flavor and presentation every time.
Experiment with new topping combinations and recipe ideas to keep our offerings exciting.
Track inventory and request additional supplies when necessary.
Quality Control & Distribution
Manage the production of pizzas and related items for distribution.
Assist with preparing pizzas for events, tastings, and promotional activities.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to improve workflow and efficiency.
Train and support new team members in dough creation and pizza-making methods.
Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Pizza Maker (Minimum 2 years)
Strong knowledge of dough-making and baking techniques.
Genuine interest in sustainable food practices and creative cooking.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment and multitask effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
