Pizza Maker / Dough Stretcher

to join our team and help us continue serving our customers the best pizza in town.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes and company standards Hand-stretch and toss dough to create perfectly shaped pizza bases Sauce and top pizzas with precision, ensuring even distribution and presentation Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pizza recipes and seasonal specials

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a pizza cook, pizza maker, or similar role in a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza-making techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Food handler's certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
