Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety regulations. Manage the pizza assembly line, including dough preparation, topping selection, and baking. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and preparation.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures related to pizza making. A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that delight customers.
