We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling pizzas, and portioning toppings Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety compliance Assist with meal preparation for other menu items as needed Serve customers at the counter or in a dine-in setting with professionalism and friendliness Adhere to all restaurant policies regarding food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Skills

Experience in food service, particularly in pizza or restaurant environments, is preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices Strong understanding of food handling protocols and food safety standards Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Good teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions accurately Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required for motivated learners

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
