Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizza Cook to join our vibrant kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared for use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner. Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation or cooking. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to help others in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality meals to customers.
