Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant and pizza chef to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will be responsible for food preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and service areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Skills

Strong background in food preparation and handling within the food industry. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Previous experience in cashiering and cash handling is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Experience in serving food in a restaurant setting is an advantage. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
