Job description:
We are looking for PIPE WELDER/FITTERS to up fit the product piping on Emergency Response Vehicles/Fire Trucks. Applicants are to have experience in fitting and welding stainless steel pipes and Aluminum pipes with TIG and MIG
Responsibility:
- To cut, weld, and fit stainless and aluminum pipe
- MIG and TIG, Aluminum and Stainless
- Install valves and metering equipment
- Hand Torch and Plasma cutting
- Perform custom piping layout with and without drawings
- Operate band saws, water saws, drills, grinders, impact guns, etc.
- Maintain company-supplied TSSA welding certificates
Required Skills:
- Good attention to details
- Punctual
- Ability to demonstrate, creative, problem-solving skills
- Excellent measuring tape skills
- Knowledge, experience, and possession of small tools hand tools such as wrenches and impact drivers
- TO BE A GOOD WELDER IN TIG AND MIG - welding test to be performed during the interview
- Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed
Monday to Friday 7 am-4 pm ***AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE POSITION***
