About the Opportunity

We are currently expanding our company with an exciting opportunity for a Excavator Operator/Pipe Layer/Construction Labourer to join and lead our drainage team in the Lower Mainland area on a full-time basis. You will be working directly on site with our technicians.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems Reading blueprints to determine the layout of water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems Leading a Team or drainage installers Dealing directly with customers Having the ability to quote customers for repairs and refurbishments Ability to train and supervise multiple persons at the same time

More About You

In order to qualify for these roles, you will need at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Candidates must possess a Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record, as a company vehicle. Must have a satisfactory criminal record check.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who is able to work well as part of a team and as a leader.

You are a good problem-solver with a solution-oriented, resourceful, and technical mindset. Your ability to stay calm and professional, even under pressure, will be a valuable addition to our service-focused philosophy.
