Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients by maintaining a hazard-free space and providing safety guidance. Lead Pilates classes for individuals or small groups (up to 6 participants). Advocate for the benefits of Pilates and overall health. Design customized Pilates programs based on clients' posture types and abilities. Adapt classes for mixed-ability groups, offering modifications, progressions, and personalized instruction as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Pilates (or in a related field). Education and certification in exercise instruction is highly recommended. A Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology is an asset. Personal Training Certification is a plus. Required certification in Pilates. Recommended certifications include (but are not limited to): PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) Certification Stott Pilates Certification
