We're looking for a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team and help us expand our group Reformer & Mat class offerings.

We offer a fully equipped studio with brand new Balanced Body Reformers and Towers, and a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients thrive. Our space is busy, and demand for classes is growing -- making this an excellent opportunity for an instructor looking to build a strong client base.

Who We're Looking For

Experience teaching group Pilates classes. Ideally fully certified in Mat and Reformer, though we're open to candidates still completing their certification if they demonstrate skill and potential. A warm, curious, and supportive teaching style that empowers clients to move confidently. Interest in collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to support client care. Motivation to build a thriving schedule with private and duet sessions in addition to group classes.

Responsibilities

Design and lead inclusive group classes, tailoring instruction to accommodate various skill levels and ensuring all participants feel supported and motivated. Provide clear, concise, and hands-on instruction to help clients understand movement principles and improve their strength, mobility, and body awareness. Foster a positive, welcoming, and professional environment, encouraging a sense of play and curiosity in movement while promoting client confidence and enjoyment. Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring classes start and finish on time while maintaining a high standard of client care. Communicate with clients regularly, listening to their goals, feedback, and concerns to build strong, trusting relationships. Collaborate with other team members, including practitioners and instructors, to support a holistic approach to client care. Stay current with Pilates education and trends, continuously developing teaching skills to enhance the client experience. Promote a culture of movement and empowerment, aligning with Ludica's philosophy of helping clients move with ease and confidence. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized studio space, including tidying equipment, resetting rooms after class, and ensuring shared spaces are clean, welcoming and professional.

Pay: $36.00-$50.00 per hour
