1. Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team at the newly expanded Pilates centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging Pilates classes, educating clients on proper techniques, and fostering a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals while ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.

2. Duties

- Conduct group and individual Pilates sessions tailored to various skill levels.

- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper form and technique.

- Demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively to ensure client understanding.

- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate individual needs.

- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage participation.

- Manage class schedules and ensure timely start and end times for sessions.

- Exhibit strong leadership skills by motivating clients throughout their Pilates workouts.

- Foster a positive community atmosphere within the centre.

3. Qualifications

- Certification in Pilates instruction or a training experience from a registered Pilates instructor program is required.

- Bilingual skills in English and another language are a plus.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.

- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage class schedules.

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients of all backgrounds.

- Previous experience in fitness instruction or related fields is preferred.

- A passion for health, wellness, and continuous personal development.

- Willingness to attend workshops and train Pilates skills at centre
