Eligibility Requirements



Canadian Citizenship (TN Visa is only available to Canadian citizens) Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Canada Willing to relocate to North Dakota or surrounding U.S. regions

Qualifications



Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Desire to work in the U.S. and open to obtaining any U.S. licensure requirements if needed Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills

Responsibilities



Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments to restore, maintain, and improve patient mobility and function. Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care and outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers on exercise, rehabilitation, and safe movement techniques. Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes accurately and timely. Participate in departmental meetings, training, and continuing education opportunities. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and all regulatory and safety standards.
