Role Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Physiotherapist

to join our team in Penticton. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs designed to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life for clients in a long-term care setting. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assessments of clients' physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, mobility training, and pain management strategies. Educate clients, families, and staff on safe movement techniques and rehabilitation practices. Monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy. Registration (in good standing) with the

College of Physiotherapists of BC (CPTBC).

Experience in long-term care, rehab, or community health (asset). Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Current CPR certification. Full immunization records (DTaP, HepB, MMR). Negative 2-step TB test or recent chest X-ray (within 6 months).
Valid driver's license (asset, if applicable).
