Job Overview:

We are looking for physiotherapists to join our dynamic team in Rehabilitation.


Responsibilities:

The physical therapist will be responsible for the evaluation of the physical and functional status of the child / youth that presents with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardio-respiratory system impairments, limitations or restrictions. In keeping with a goal of structuring / supporting the development / recovery of functional autonomy, he determines a treatment plan based on clinical relevance, with appropriate dosing, carries out interventions and provides support for the necessary transition / discharge.


Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in physical therapy Member of l'ordre professionnel de la physiotherapie du Quebec Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the field of musculoskeletal or pediatric rehabilitation

Skills and competencies



Fluency in French written and spoken; capacity to communicate (written and spoken) in English is required in order to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients and/or stakeholders Able to work in an interdisciplinary team, to collaborate with a focus on complementarities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, resourceful, able to problem solve Excellent sense of responsibility and priorities * Ability to adapt to changes, to name issues perceived (e.g. success factors and constraints / barriers to be considered)
