Ask us what we do, and we\xe2\x80\x99ll tell you: \xe2\x80\x9cWe live to create inspiring artscapes.\xe2\x80\x9dPosition Overview: As the Photoshoot & Marketing Coordinator with a focus on photoshoots, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of visually compelling content to support our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for scouting stunning residential and commercial landscapes, managing contracts with external vendors, coordinating logistics, and overseeing various projects within the marketing department. Additionally, you will oversee print magazine advertisements, from initial quoting, coordinating production, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:1. Scouting and Coordination:
  • Identify and scout beautifully renovated landscapes suitable for photoshoots, both residential and commercial.
  • Liaise with external vendors including photographers, retouchers, videographers, etc., to ensure seamless execution of photoshoot projects.
  • Manage contracts, negotiate rates, and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
2. Project Management:
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Teamwork) to organize and track photoshoot projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, including arranging flights, accommodations, and obtaining consent forms as needed.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Special Projects:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects, providing support and contributing ideas to enhance our overall marketing strategy.
  • Take ownership of assigned special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
4. Print Advertisement Management:
  • Handle print advertisements from initial quote requests to performance reviews, including negotiating rates, booking placements, and creating briefs.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure advertisements meet specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of print advertisements and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Marketing with a strong creative background or related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proven experience in photoshoot and marketing project coordination or a similar role;
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite;
  • Adobe Photoshop and Bridge are considered assets;
  • Proficient in project management software (ex Teamwork, Monday, etc);
  • Strong organizational skills and able to maintain asset libraries;
  • Experience in print publishing;
  • Excellent verbal communication and written skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to create reports or presentations.
