The position will be tailored to the candidate's capabilities and interests. The ideal candidate would be able to deliver on one or more of the following projects:

• Design, implement and test prototype AI engines applied to the estimation of analyses based on readout of Biophotonics sensors
• Design, implement and test prototype AI engines to facilitate layout and verification of Silicon Photonic Designs. Develop AI assisted layout verification
• Design and operate behavioral Python based models of complex optical systems
• Advise Huawei Photonic team on the best practices regarding Python scripts development

• Experience with Python programming and appropriate Python AI libraries
• Capability of mathematical analysis of the algorithms
• Preferable programs: Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Currently enrolled in a University and registered with school's co-op program
