Job Information:

Be the central hub for photo and video assets for all of PATTISON Outdoor reporting to Vice President, Marketing.

What you'll do...

Coordinate with and assign freelance photographers and videographers from across the country to carry out photo shoots of PATTISON run campaigns/Out-of-Home products such as Billboards, Transit and Place Based Advertising Organize photo database and assist coworkers with finding photos Upload best photos to our internal systems Help on creative and social media projects, as required Hire freelance photographers across the country as needed Manage invoices from photographers Works closely with multiple departments such as sales, marketing, research and design

Who you are ...

7+ years administrative experience is an asset Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task Able to manage high volumes of requests with varying deadlines Must enjoy file management and be extremely organized A general understanding digital file formats (Jpeg, png, etc) is an asset Previous experience with Microsoft Office products is an asset
