Field Service printer / Multifunction Printer Technician
to join our award-winning team!
We have been premium dealers for all major manufactures since 1994.
You will provide technical assistance and resolve issues for clients in person, recommend hardware strategies with team consultants, and track customer issues to resolution. You will work on laser printers, copier / MFPs HP, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother, Canon, etc, doing on-site repair, maintenance and installation.
Training provided!
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years printer/copier repair experience
OEM Certification preferred
Knowledge of Xerographics as asset
Interest in or experience in IT, customer service, or other related field
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Great attention to detail
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Products, networking, and internet browsers
Ability to maintain and complete accurate record keeping and processing of paperwork
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
Must work well independently as well as follow directions
Able to multitask and communicate with team mates
Able to work under deadline pressures
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management
Ability to build rapport with clients
Positive, professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
This position requires long-term work authorization in Canada. We are unable to sponsor work permits.
As a Field Technician, you are based out of our Head Office and work primarily on the road supported by your service coordinator and technical advisor. Your objective is to provide our corporate clients with: Printer & MFP repairs, Preventative Maintenance, + Print Quality Resolution + Printer Inspections and Registration + new hardware installations
