Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced

Heavy-Duty Body Repair Technician

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in semi-truck body repairs and the ability to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments of damage on heavy-duty vehicle bodies and provide accurate repair recommendations. Perform a variety of repair tasks including panel replacement, dent removal, welding, grinding, and surface refinishing. Collaborate effectively with fellow technicians and shop staff to ensure timely and high-quality repair outcomes. Follow industry safety standards and company protocols throughout the repair process. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with shop policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in semi-truck or heavy-duty vehicle body repairs. Red Seal Certification in Auto Body Repair or related trade (preferred). Proficiency in welding, metal shaping, and refinishing techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship. Ability to diagnose problems, propose effective solutions, and work both independently and within a team. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations relevant to body repair.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.49-$40.00 per hour
