Job Overview

Kun Global Merchandise provides graduation apparels and related products to schools and educational institutions.

We are looking for 2 part-time telephone sales to work in shifts, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, Monday to Friday, wage plus incentives.

This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls to promote our products, build relationships and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work effectively.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our business and products, engage in daily outreach by make around 50 calls per shift. Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities through effective communication, reflect client feedback to manager. Coordinate the team with samples processing, order fulfillment and logistic administration. Content creation for marketing program, advertising, and social media post etc. Assist in developing scripts and sales pitches tailored to different audiences and events. Participate in bidding projects.

Skills

Experience in telemarketing or related customer service roles preferred Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques for lead generation Customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections gracefully
