We are seeking an energetic and motivated Phone Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling to promote our innovative products and services. Duties



Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities. Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, clearly articulating product benefits and technical features tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and personalized service. Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions confidently. Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and maximize outreach efforts. Conduct telemarketing campaigns that focus on technology solutions, emphasizing their value propositions for different industries. Perform inside sales activities including qualification of leads, product demonstrations over the phone, and follow-up communications. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address technical questions confidently during calls. Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities through outbound calling efforts. Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately within CRM systems for seamless follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications



Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on technology or technical products. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities. Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling, outbound calling, and business development strategies. Ability to understand technical product features and articulate their benefits clearly to diverse audiences. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. Experience in marketing collaboration or lead generation campaigns is a plus. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.
