What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound follow-up calls to existing and past customers Selling maintenance/service agreements over the phone Following up on previous quotes and inquiries Re-engaging customers who didn't book initially Booking appointments and securing commitments Accurately documenting calls and outcomes Representing the company professionally and positively on every call
This position is in-office only.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent in English (must read, write, and speak clearly and professionally) Strong verbal communication and listening skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Able to work in-office in Caledonia Reliable transportation required Please note: there is no direct bus route to our office
Previous phone sales or customer service experience is an asset, but confidence and personality matter more than experience.

Schedule & Work Environment

Part-time, daytime hours Typical shift: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday No evenings or weekends In-office position (not remote)
