to lead our busy community pharmacy team. .Key Responsibilities
Track and deliver
on key quality and performance indicators.Oversee daily pharmacy operations
, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Order, receive, and manage inventory
to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.Lead, train, and support pharmacy staff
, including managing schedules and daily task assignments.Ensure exceptional customer service
and maintain a welcoming, professional environment for patients.Maintain high proficiency in Kroll
pharmacy management software (mandatory). Achieve and sustain anaverage prescription entry speed of 25 prescriptions per hour
while maintaining accuracy and compliance.Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of full-time experience
as a pharmacy assistant or similar role in a Canadian community pharmacy. Proven ability tolead, organize, and manage
dispensary operations with minimal supervision. Strong working knowledge ofKroll software
and pharmacy inventory. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Reliable, proactive, and capable of taking full operational ownership. Prior customer service or leadership experience is an asset.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
