Operations Manager Pharmacy

Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible, in collaboration with the pharmacist, for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and delivery of pharmaceutical services.
This role will involve managing staff, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Looking for an individual with solid operations background The candidate must master French, written and oral The candidate must have great writing skills Experience managing staff would be an asset Experience in pharmacy or healthcare would be a great asset Understanding of Lean principles is an asset Capacity to learn and master new softwares is a must, experience with Excel is a must
