We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager with strong business acumen and a passion for growth.

Example of Some Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Identify growth opportunities and lead strategic outreach to physicians, care facilities, and community organizations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue and service offerings

Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in BC with managerial experience Strong entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business development Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently in the community to grow the business

Due to our patient demographic, the candidate must be able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
