We are a boutique patient-focused community pharmacy located in the heart of Vancouver's stunning West End. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and accessible healthcare -- with a special focus on interdisciplinary care and medication adherence.

Position Summary

The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services. This role involves managing staff, optimizing workflow, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive environment for both patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care Oversee daily operations including dispensing, inventory, scheduling, and workflow Ensure compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations and standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting Handle patient counseling, prescription verifications, and medication reviews Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and the local community Support any ongoing clinical or digital initiatives, such as online prescription fulfillment and delivery Collaborate with ownership on performance goals and process improvements

Candidate Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist in BC with minimum 2 years experience in community practice Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to lead the pharmacy team on a day to day basis Experience and competence with Kroll Strong desire to improve patient outcomes and apply services where applicable (i.e. adaptations, Medication Reviews, vaccinations) Effective communication skills in English and have the ability to problem solve Confident in counseling Rx and OTC medication Excellent customer service skills Pharmacy Manager experience is an asset
