Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pharmacy and Clinic Assistant to support our integrated healthcare services, which include a pharmacy, travel clinic, and a newly launched telemedicine-based family practice. This role involves assisting with medication preparation, patient communication, physician billing, EMR documentation, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Translate and communicate with Arabic-speaking patients to ensure clear understanding of medications and care plans Book and coordinate appointments for our walk-in family doctor (primarily telemedicine) Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles using Juno EMR Submit and manage physician billing through ClinicAid and/or Juno's built-in billing tools Manage inventory: order, receive, and stock medications and supplies Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Support medication administration processes under pharmacist supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy workspace Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory Experience with Juno EMR and ClinicAid billing platform is required Previous experience in a pharmacy or hospital setting preferred Familiarity with medical terminology and medication administration Experience with WinRx software is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office Suite Valid driver's license Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
