We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. Pharmacy Assistants are responsible for assisting the pharmacist with daily tasks, including filling prescriptions, managing inventory, shipping and providing excellent customer service to patients.The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and experience with Automation.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Pharmacist with filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medication and supplies Prepare medication for dispensing, including counting pills and labeling bottles Maintain a clean and organized work environment Complete administrative tasks, including processing insurance claims and managing patient records Follow all pharmacy regulations and guidelines

Qualifications

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a Pharmacy Assistant program or equivalent experience Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem solving skills 1-3 years experience working in a pharmacy Knowledge of PacMed & PacVision used for medication adherence programs is considered an asset Knowledge of Google Work Suites is considered an asset

Salary Range: $32,000-$48,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 5%
