Prescription data entry (KROLL proficiency an asset). Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions). Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory (drug orders). Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries. Prescription compounding. Pill pack assembly. Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing pharmacy supplies, cleaning. Administrative duties including but not limited to; cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks. Support daily operations of the pharmacy. Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.

Education/Qualifications

Pharmacy Assistant certificate from a recognized Canadian College OR will consider applicants with at least a one year retail Canadian pharmacy experience in lieu of certificate. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or similar role is required. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay based on qualification and experience.

Schedule:

8 hour shifts Day shifts Monday to Friday Saturdays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
