Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our dedicated team at Sunshine Drugs. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our pharmacists in providing high-quality health services to our customers.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management in the dispensary. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards of practice. Support medication administration under the supervision of licensed professionals. Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

Experience in patient care or as a pharmacy assistant is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members. Attention to detail. A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
