Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate Enter client information in databases Help pharmacists Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products Maintain prescription records Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine Prepare medications for clients Set up and dismantle equipment Supervise and direct activities of other medical technologists or technicians Apply and adjust casts, splints and bandages Clean and maintain equipment Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products Help with scheduling and workflow Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies Clean and dress wounds Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation for re-use according to standardized safety practices Bill third party insurers Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams Help patients complete menus Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products Process claims such as health insurance or workers compensation Assist dietitians with research in food, nutrition and food service systems Maintain supplies Clean and restore ocular prostheses Interpret physician's specification Advise patients on loss of depth perception Perform general clerical duties Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments Repair and maintain fabrication and laboratory equipment Order supplies and equipment Schedule and confirm appointments
