Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused
Pharmacy Assistant

Process and prepare prescriptions accurately using
Fillware
Assist pharmacists with day-to-day workflow, including data entry, labeling, and filling prescription Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and over the phone Manage inventory: restocking, ordering, receiving deliveries, and checking expiry dates Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle point-of-sale transactions and operate the cash register Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with all pharmacy regulations Support the pharmacy team with additional administrative tasks as neededRequired Qualifications & Skills
Experience with Fillware
( Highly preffered) Previous pharmacy assistant experience (Highly preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient-focused, and approachable demeanor Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-time
Experience:
Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
