Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role provides essential support in pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate medication dispensing and excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail pharmacy practice and customer service, with previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred. Duties

Prepare prescription labels and package medications according to established protocols Maintain organized inventory of pharmaceuticals and supplies Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision Manage documentation related to medication administration and patient records Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Qualifications

Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safety standards

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
