Requirements :

Prior Pharmacy Assistant Experience Languages Spoken : English and French Experience with Kroll Computer Pharmacy System

Duties

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for supplies Enter patient information and medication details into electronic health records system Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under pharmacist supervision Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, medical terminology standards, and medication administration procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Support administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and appointment scheduling as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience as a pharmacy technician is REQUIRED Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration processes Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient care and confidentiality Ability to work effectively within a team environment Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping Certification or training in pharmacy assistance or related healthcare fields is a plus

Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
