Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant who has Expert Level knowledge of paperless Kroll to join our team. If you have not worked with Kroll, please don't apply. In this role, you will support the pharmacist in delivering high-quality patient care by ensuring smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in a pharmacy.
Duties
Assist pharmacists in processing, packaging, labelling and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently within paperless Kroll. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns of patients. Maintain organized records of medication inventory and assist with stock management- ordering and creating returns in Pharmaclick. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations within the pharmacy environment.
Experience
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy are a must. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and healthcare professionals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
