Providing the highest level of customer service, both in person and over the phone;
Assisting Pharmacist in maintaining appropriate stock levels of drugs and supplies and medication inventory;
Managing the prescription process: entering- >billing- >filling- >delivery;
Checking for and pulling expired medications at least monthly;
Writing up returns;
Ordering of drugs and supplies;
Checking off, pricing and putting away pharmacy orders;
Maintaining patient files and ensuring they are always up-to-date;
Fostering and maintaining great relationships with patients;
Selecting and counting/ measuring & preparing appropriate products.
Ordering, stocking, cashier duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager;..
Keeping the dispensary clean, organized and neat.
Generating necessary reports and maintaining accurate records;
Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
