Pharmacy Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. While pharmacy experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. The role is fast-paced and multi-faceted -- ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
You will play an important role in supporting the pharmacy team, ensuring prescriptions are prepared accurately, customers receive excellent service, and the pharmacy runs smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and dispensing
Enter prescription and patient information accurately into the system
Answer phone calls and assist customers at the counter with courtesy and professionalism
Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies
Assist in other duties as required to support the pharmacy team
Qualifications:
Previous pharmacy or retail experience is an asset, but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, quick learner

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour - based on experience.
