Job Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant/ Technician to became a part of our team! You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist. CDS pharmacy also specializes in compounding. Provides Methadone dispensing services. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Process prescriptions using computer software (Fillware technologies) Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders Label and record dosage information Adjudicate insurance claims Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies
Qualifications:
2+ years experience with Fillware computer software is a MUST Exceptional customer service skills is a must Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Willing to constantly learn and improve Professional work attitude and ability to work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills
