Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team. We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that has expanded into a new world class facility in Mississauga.

This position is for a Pharmacy Assistant that will work with the compounding pharmacists and technicians to produce high-quality compounded products. Our facility will be fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and will offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. Comprehensive training will be provided in detail for the successful applicant.

We are looking for the following qualities:



Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will:



Compounding all types non-sterile compounds - Including but not limited to creams, ointments, suspensions, solutions, injections, capsules, etc Clean workstation between compounding products Making sure all batched items are well stocked Mill Creams - Process compounds coming into the lab Processing compounds when needed in Kroll Answering phone calls Liaising with Customers, prescribers and various stakeholders Creating patient profiles in Kroll Assist the logistics team with additional delivery information when needed Any other appropriate pharmacy assistant or administration duties
