The Pharmacy Lab is a modern, pharmacist-led compounding pharmacy located in the heart of Leslieville, Toronto. We blend science and wellness with personalized care -- offering community pharmacy services, customized compounded prescriptions, curated skincare and wellness products, and facial services.

About the Role



We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable

Pharmacy Assistant / Customer Service Representative

who loves both the science and service sides of pharmacy. This hybrid position blends

pharmacy support

with

front-store wellness retail and client interaction.



Key Responsibilities Pharmacy Operations



Assist pharmacists in preparing and filling prescriptions Receive and organize pharmacy and front-store orders Enter prescriptions and perform billing using

Kroll Pharmacy Software

Maintain stock levels, refill supplies, and assist with daily housekeeping (e.g. dishes, tidying, restocking) Answer phones and communicate with patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals Support workflow for a clean, efficient, and compliant dispensary

Front Store & Customer Service



Welcome and triage customers and patients for the pharmacists Provide product knowledge, answer customer questions, and support sales Receive and merchandise inventory Create new product files in the inventory system as needed Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash customers out Contribute to maintaining a clean, inviting retail environment

(comfort in front of camera is an asset!)

Qualifications



Minimum 1 year experience

working in a community pharmacy Proficient with

Kroll Pharmacy Software

(or similar) Strong communication and multitasking skills Warm, professional, and approachable demeanor Passion for

health, skincare, and wellness

Comfortable working collaboratively with pharmacists, students, and assistants Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
