We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly
Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative
to join our Beauty First Spa Team. This role combines administrative support with front-desk and client service duties to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using the booking system
Provide information on spa services, promotions, memberships, and products
Address client concerns or inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed
Maintain client records and update information as required
Support management with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting
Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile payments at the end of the day
Assist with marketing activities such as posting on social media or preparing promotional materials
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency in booking software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Prior experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role (preferred)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Work Location: In person
