Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Administrative Clerk / Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional front-line service and administrative support as part of our client's office team. This role requires you to be friendly, organized, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment. This position combines customer service responsibilities with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages when required.
Greet customers in person and assist with inquiries and product information.
Handle walk-in sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and restock the showroom to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Make follow-up and pickup calls for OHaH (Order Handling at Home) services.
Support general administrative duties as needed to assist daily operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
Previous customer service experience in a retail or front-office environment is required.
Experience in a medical or healthcare setting and/or knowledge of CPAP equipment is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to pass criminal record and vulnerable sector checks.
Professional, team-oriented, and dependable work ethic.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
