, and provide excellent customer service--both in person and over the phone. You must be comfortable working under pressure during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Experience with Fillware Pharmacy Software is a strong asset

and preferred.

Since our patient base is primarily South Asian,

language abilities in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Gujarati

would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Prescription Processing:

Filing, billing, third-party adjudication, and data entry (Fillware familiarity preferred)

Dispensing Support:

Counting medications, preparing and labelling, blister packaging

Customer Service:

Greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing in-person queue, assisting with OTC inquiries

Professional Communication:

Interacting with physicians, clinics, and other healthcare professionals by phone, fax, and in person

Organization & Cleanliness:

Maintaining a tidy, well-organized dispensary and workflow area

Documentation:

Accurate and timely record-keeping

General Support:

Assisting pharmacists with daily operations and special tasks as needed

Language skills

Pay: $19.00-$23.64 per hour
