Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy operations by assisting pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent patient care Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards, including inventory management. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, and managing prescription orders.

Requirements

Pharmacy experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to pharmaceuticals. Familiarity with medication administration processes and protocols. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 30 per week
