We are looking for a customer-focused, organized and dedicated pharmacy Assistant . This is a critical role in our organization and requires a reliable, efficient, and hard working individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibility and Duties
Providing the highest level of customer service both in person and over the phone
Managing pharmacy supply and medication inventory
Maintaining patient files and ensuring they are up to date
Fostering and maintaining great relationships with patient
Qualifications and skills
Previous experience in this role a strong asset
Minimum 2 years experience.
Experience with pharmacy software (eg:Kroll)
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Must possess an excellent command of English language
