Position Overview

Status:

Permanent, full?time (36-40?h/week) No evenings, Sundays, or statutory?holiday shifts

Compensation:

$23?-?$28?per hour

What You'll Do

Enter new and refill prescriptions in

Kroll

with a high level of accuracy Verify patient demographics, prescriber details, allergies, and third-party information Generate labels, blister-pack sheets, and required documentation Communicate with prescriber offices to clarify orders and resolve discrepancies Support

third-party billing

, adjudication, and prescription release Assist with inventory tasks (counts, receiving, expiry checks) Maintain confidentiality and adhere to

NAPRA

and College standards

What You Bring

3+ years

recent pharmacy assistant experience with

prescription data entry

Strong working knowledge of

Kroll

(preferred) or similar dispensing software Comfortable with

DIN lookups, SIG codes/abbreviations, and insurance billing

Detail-driven and confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Professional communication skills with patients, prescribers, and team members Friendly, calm customer service approach
